In the heart of the Majella National Park and specifically in the medieval village of Sant'Eufemia a Majella, known for the healthy weather thanks to its altitude, about 800 m above sea level, territory rich with clean water and air, lands and pasture unpolluted with an excellent production of mozzarella, cheeses and fresh bread, we have a pretty villa with exclusive court in the front and in the back.

The property has three levels connected with an internal staircase, at the ground floor we have a tavern, a bathroom and a basement, at the first floor a livingroom with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom and at the second attic floor another bedroom. At about 200m from the house, in the shadows of the secular oaks, there is the "boschetto", a natural park with barbecue and sport facilities, at a few kilometres there are the little villages of Roccacaramanico and Caramanico Terme, The most important thermal country in central Italy.
